Registration Information
Now you can register and purchase courses in IFMA’s Online Learning Center!
1. LIVE Webinar Site Registration Fees:
Site registration includes:
- One toll-free telephone connection to hear the presentation
- One Internet connection to the optional Web presentation
- Authorization to invite an unlimited number of staff or colleagues to listen to the program at the site
- Electronic seminar materials that you may duplicate for those attending at the site
IFMA’s LIVE Webinar Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing to IFMA no later than 5:00 p.m. CST three days prior to the start date of the LIVE Webinar. No refunds will be granted after this time. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Conferences, courses and workshops may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment or uncontrollable delivery factors. Registrants will be notified in advance if a cancellation occurs. IFMA is not responsible for any related costs incurred by registrants such as reservation fees, change fees and/or price of airline tickets.
2. Logging into the Online Learning Center:
- IFMA Members - Go directly through IFMA's member's-only section and login as usual. Select the Online Learning Center link. This link will take you directly to the Learning Center.
- Nonmembers - Click here to request a guest login which will be activated within 24 hours.

3. Purchasing Instructor-Led Course Events:
- From the Product Catalog, select IFMA's LIVE Webinars, then select the appropriate event.
- Review information about the event and click the Request button, located at the bottom of the page. This process places the course into your Inbox/Transcript.
- From your Transcript, you may Register and pay for the course by credit card.

LIVE Webinars
IFMA’s LIVE Webinars are easy to attend. All you need is an Internet connection (fast connection preferred) to view the presentation and listen to the audio portion. If you prefer, access the audio portion using a toll-free dial-in number. Handouts are available 1-2 days before the seminar to assist you in following along with the presentation, or you may use the “Print to PDF” option.
Microsoft Office Live Meeting provides the Internet meeting site platform for LIVE Webinars. Your access for this platform is provided through IFMA’s Online Learning Center.
